In February 2002, we decided to look for a retirement home in Key Largo. After looking at a number of web sites, we saw Lucy’s listing for a home in Port Largo. Knowing nothing about Lucy, we contacted her by e-mail, and learned that the home we saw had been sold. We decided to ask Lucy to help us when we went to Key Largo in March. Lucy was extremely knowledgeable about the homes available. Lucy showed us every home that met our criteria in one day, and we found our retirement home in March. We arranged for financing through a Fort Lauderdale mortgage broker, who didn’t have much knowledge of the Key Largo market. The appraisal of our home didn’t take into account the rapidly escalating market in the Keys. Lucy immediately educated the appraiser about comparable properties, and we closed on our property in May 2002. We recommend Lucy highly and without reservation.
